From idea to launch
Speaking to us at very early stages, we partnered with Vouch to establish their Day One brand and product offering, targeting tech startups looking to capture authentic video testimonials from their customers. The heart of the brand lies in 'making business personal again'. The playful visual identity is built on the characters we developed — dubbed affectionately as 'The Customer Lovekins' — each a graphic personification of the feelings of satisfaction, appreciation and curiosity.
Shaping the product
Through intensive collaborative sprints, we designed and implemented the complete user experience for version one, providing the Vouch team with a holistic design foundation to build upon across both the brand and product.
