With the increased 'digitisation' of products, services, and work, it's easy for the personal connections required in good business to get lost in a sea of tabs and screens. Vouch came to us with a vision to make business personal again by creating a frictionless way to capture and share video asynchronously.

  • Enabled US$8m of investment in the seed round.

From idea to launch

Speaking to us at very early stages, we partnered with Vouch to establish their Day One brand and product offering, targeting tech startups looking to capture authentic video testimonials from their customers. The heart of the brand lies in 'making business personal again'. The playful visual identity is built on the characters we developed — dubbed affectionately as 'The Customer Lovekins' — each a graphic personification of the feelings of satisfaction, appreciation and curiosity.

Shaping the product

Through intensive collaborative sprints, we designed and implemented the complete user experience for version one, providing the Vouch team with a holistic design foundation to build upon across both the brand and product.
